Is This for Me?

I'm feeling stuck — will this help me?
Yes! The Arena is designed to help you find clarity and take action, even if you’re unsure where to start.

I’m already taking action — is this still for me?
Absolutely. The Arena is a space to stretch yourself further, gain new insights, and connect with like-minded women.

What if I don’t know what to say?
That's okay. Whether you choose to share or simply listen, you’ll still leave with something powerful.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself and an open mind! You'll receive a journal as a gift, but feel free to bring any personal items that help you reflect (e.g., a favourite pen).

What if I can’t make every session?
Life happens! Each session is a standalone experience, so come to the ones that fit your schedule. Every time you step into The Arena, you’ll gain something valuable.

I’m not sure I have a ‘big goal’—is this still for me?
Definitely. The Arena isn’t just about chasing big goals—it’s about moving forward in whatever way feels right for you. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, this is your space.

What makes The Arena different from other personal development groups?
This isn’t a ‘sit back and take notes’ kind of space. It’s an immersive, real-world experience where you actively engage, reflect, and take steps towards real change. Plus, it’s all about the power of collective wisdom—you’ll learn as much from the group as from the structured sessions.

I don’t usually do things on weekends—why is this on a Sunday?
Sunday is a time for you—a chance to step away from the noise and invest in yourself before the week begins. The Arena is a powerful way to set the tone for your life, not just your Monday.

Will I have time to actually implement what I learn?
This isn’t about giving you more to do—it’s about helping you take action in a way that fits into your real life.

April Session – Seeing the Armour

The Arena

We all develop ways of protecting ourselves; patterns that once kept us safe, like being the good one, the capable one, or the one who holds it all together.

In May’s Arena, we begin to see the armour clearly, not to judge it, but to understand where it’s helping and where it’s holding you back.

We’ll also explore the language of the armour, the subtle ways we soften, explain, or shrink ourselves without realising. Because the way you speak often reveals the part of you that’s in charge.

This is about noticing what’s been running… so you can start to choose more consciously.

"In the end, the credit belongs to the one who is actually in the arena... who strives valiantly... who errs, who comes short again and again... but who, at the best, knows in the end the triumph of high achievement." — Theodore Roosevelt
