What is Armour?
Armour isn't weakness, it is protection. It develops through life experiences, expectations, relationships and environments where we learn:

Meet Your Coach
If you've recognised yourself anywhere on this page, you're not alone. I know these patterns because I've lived them too.
For years, I wore the armour of the Good Girl and the Overachiever. I tried to be all things to all people. I didn't say what I really thought. I worked harder and harder to prove myself. I worried about disappointing people. I hid parts of myself because they didn't feel safe to share.
Eventually that armour became exhausting. The work that changed my life wasn't learning how to do more; it was learning how to understand myself.
Today I help women develop the awareness, confidence and self-trust to create lives that feel more aligned, fulfilling and authentic.
