Is This for Me?

I'm feeling stuck — will this help me?
Yes! The Arena is designed to help you find clarity and take action, even if you’re unsure where to start.

I’m already taking action — is this still for me?
Absolutely. The Arena is a space to stretch yourself further, gain new insights, and connect with like-minded women.

What if I don’t know what to say?
That's okay. Whether you choose to share or simply listen, you’ll still leave with something powerful.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself and an open mind! You'll receive a journal as a gift, but feel free to bring any personal items that help you reflect (e.g., a favourite pen).

What if I can’t make every session?
Life happens! Each session is a standalone experience, so come to the ones that fit your schedule. Every time you step into The Arena, you’ll gain something valuable.

I’m not sure I have a ‘big goal’—is this still for me?
Definitely. The Arena isn’t just about chasing big goals—it’s about moving forward in whatever way feels right for you. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, this is your space.

What makes The Arena different from other personal development groups?
This isn’t a ‘sit back and take notes’ kind of space. It’s an immersive, real-world experience where you actively engage, reflect, and take steps towards real change. Plus, it’s all about the power of collective wisdom—you’ll learn as much from the group as from the structured sessions.

I don’t usually do things on weekends—why is this on a Sunday?
Sunday is a time for you—a chance to step away from the noise and invest in yourself before the week begins. The Arena is a powerful way to set the tone for your life, not just your Monday.

Will I have time to actually implement what I learn?
This isn’t about giving you more to do—it’s about helping you take action in a way that fits into your real life.

July Session – Reclaiming the Real You & Creating Who You Want to Be

July arena boundaries

Session Date: Sunday 13th July

"Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." – Brené Brown

In July, we enter the Arena to explore the theme of boundaries — not just in theory, but in your body, your voice, and your everyday life. This isn’t about building walls. It’s about building integrity, honouring your yes, your no, and everything in between.

Together, we’ll ask:

  • Where am I leaking my energy, time, or truth?

  • What would it mean to honour my needs without guilt?

  • Who do I become when I guard my gate with love and power?

What to expect:

✨ A grounding exercise to bring you into your body
✨ Journaling prompts to map your boundary landscape
✨ Honest, brave conversations about people-pleasing, overgiving and silence
✨ Practical tools to help you speak your no and live your yes
✨ A nurturing space of women who are walking the same path of self-mastery

You’ll leave with renewed clarity, stronger inner trust, and a boundary practice you can carry into your real life.
